November Monthly Goals {Monthly Link-Up}

The days are getting darker and the nights are lingering longer… The cold is starting to set in here in Utah, how about where you are?  Does it feel like Winter is just around the corner?  Time for goals again? Wowza. Time flies.

October Recap
I have seriously had the hardest time doing anything other than work or school.  When I do have a free moment, I’m so wiped from the week that all I want to do is veg out, so my house and my health have completely been ignored in almost every way possible.  This must change.
November Goals
  • Read at least one book for fun.
  • Get my house cleaned and ready for Josh’s visit in December.
  • Make some steps to get my health under control. Gym. WW. Something.
  • Budget.
  • Start working on the homemade holiday presents I’ve been planning.
  • Host the 12 Days of Giveaways here on My So-Called Chaos.
  • Co-Host and participate in the 12 Days of Christmas Swap & Giveaways at Chaotic Goddess Swaps.
  • Write some more personal blog posts.  It’s been a while.
  • See Neil Gaiman on November 13th.
  • Get my new (to me) couch and chair hauled down from my grandmother’s house.
  • Take some family photos of Kristina’s family to practice my photo skills.
  • Get back in touch with some of my spirituality.
  • Pay off some debt.

October Monthly Goals {Monthly Link-Up}

Oh crap.  Where did September go?  I seriously have no idea… I feel like it flew by so fast I’m dazed in it’s draft!

When I look at all those Fails I want to say a different four-letter word that starts with F and doesn’t end in AIL.  I don’t even know why I was such a failure… A lot of it may be the fact that I am buried under homework.  Taking three classes with full time work was ambitious and possibly foolish.  I’ve got B’s in all of my classes-because I’m struggling with keeping up and I feel like I have no time for anything… In reality, I just need to balance my time better, but I suck at that too!
October Goals

  • Start playing duolingo at least 3 days a week.
  • Start meal planning for one.

Ugh, can I just say-where on earth did August go?  That month flew by so fast I feel like I’m standing here in a whirlwind wondering what I just missed.  The answer is a lot.  I missed a lot of y’all’s blog posts, some posts of my own, life events, and the sad thing is I’m not sure that is going to stop entirely-though I’m going to try harder.  Work, school, Josh moving… It’s been a blur!

Let’s Party! {UBP 2014}

Hello and welcome to both my current readers and visitors from UBP 2014!  I’m joining the party today and celbrating, and since you can’t see me-just know that I’m over here dancing.  I’d totally be toasting if I wasn’t at work, and then off to school-but when I get home I promise to raise a glass in celebration of the Ultimate Blog Party!  This is my third time participating-I did first in 2010 and then the last time I played along was 2013!  This year I have also donated 3 months of featured ad space that you can enter to win HERE.
My So-Called Chaos: Ultimate Blog Party 2014
My name is Angie, but I go by Miss Angie around here.  I will be 28 on the 18th of this Month (yay birthday month!) and I’m a single girl living in Salt Lake City with my best friend.  Currently, I’m attending college part time and working full time.  I love to make art and be crafty, get outside for things like camping and hiking, travel, and throw parties.  I’m big on hosting things.  Want to know more about me?  Check out my About page!

Here are a few photos I feel might give you insight into my life and show you my personality in a very visual way!

My So-Called Chaos was started in 2008 as a way to document my life and connect with others.  It has blossomed into so much more than I ever imagined.  Here on My So-Called Chaos you will still find the documenting of my life, my dating misadventures, and so many photos-but you will also find crafts, art, recipes, reviews, and giveaways.  I LOVE to give stuff away.  No joke.

 I also enjoy regular activiites around here such as my Musical Mondays linky where we share music, link up, and enter to win a month long music-related giveaway; or the Monthly Goals linky where you link up your goals and support each other each month; or our sunday linky called The Weekly Round-Up where we show off posts by other bloggers!  I love to support other bloggers and handmade shops.  My So-Called Chaos accepts advertising, find an extensive breakdown of sizes and offerings or sign up HERE.
