This week's song:
Night After Night
by Jack & White
Oooo, night after night
Oooo yeah, night after night
I read your letter
Then burnt the paper
Made me feel better for a second
But the hurt returned a second later
You left your memory
On the table
I tried to box it up and throw it away
But baby I wasn't able
{Chorus}
And it's a long road out
When the sun goes down
Oooo, night after night
I feel your ghost when I turn out the light
Oooo yeah, night after night
You haunt this heart when I turn out the, turn out the
Turn out the light, turn out the light
I need to get away
On vacation
I need a holiday away from the rain
Just so that I can escape ya
I met somebody
Flirtatious socialite
I tried to live it up and play it cool
But baby that ain't real life
{Chorus)
What can I do to get over you, over you
What can I do, what can I do to get over you
What can I do to get over you, over you
What can I do, what can I do to get over you
Over you over you, over you over you
{Chorus x2}
Over you over you, over you over you
Over you over you, over you over you

I first heard about this gong from The Girl with the Blue Bow and immediately fell in love with it. I went home and played it for the roommate, who also loved it, and even my dad liked it! I really love how it sounds kind of like an old 70s country song, and the way they harmonize-it sounds so pretty! The lyrics are great also-and I'm a total lyrics person.
Last night the roommate helped me install an auxiliary cord in my car so I can finally hook up my iPhone to listen to music on my long drive home (I totally love his face-I was so sick of the radio!) and so I finally got around to downloading some new music and this album was one of them. And for only $3.99 on iTunes, it was a pretty good deal! :)
What are you listening to this week?
Remember, everyone who links up through the year gets entered into a drawing for a huge prize at the end of the year. Every link up is an additional entry!

I love it, thank you for hosting this hop. The voice reminds me a little of Wilson Philips but in a good way ;-)
